The applicable rules may differ depending in particular on whether the product is:
- digital content supplied without a tangible medium;
- a service;
- or a physical product.
The provisions specific to each category of products apply only where the product concerned belongs to that category.
These Terms are intended for consumers purchasing for private purposes.
The purchasing process is intended for adults, in particular parents, legal guardians or other adults.
No personal data concerning a child is required in order to make a purchase.

4. Price
The launch price of the digital book: “Noé et Zoé — L’arrivée de l’automne”

This is a launch or introductory price that may change.

The total amount due is shown before the order is finally confirmed.
For electronically supplied content and services, VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable Belgian and European tax rules.
Where European rules require the VAT of the Member State in which the consumer is established, domiciled or habitually resident to be applied, the corresponding rate is applied in accordance with the regulations in force.
5. Orders
Purchases can currently be made without creating a customer account.
This is a so-called “guest” purchase.
Before confirming an order, the purchaser is able to review in particular:
- the essential characteristics of the product;
- its price;
- its format;
- whether it is digital or physical;
- the applicable method of supply or delivery;
- and these Terms.
The purchaser provides the information necessary to perform the order.
For a digital purchase, this includes in particular a valid e-mail address.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the information provided before confirming the order.
No information concerning a child is required to purchase a product.
The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
6. Payment
Online payments are secured and processed by: Stripe
Payment can be made by bank card or by any other payment methods offered by Stripe at the time of the order.
Selectpro By TM Consulting never has access to the purchaser’s complete banking details.
The banking information required for payment is processed directly by Stripe as part of its own services.
The order is considered concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.
An order confirmation is then sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
In the event of:
- payment refusal;
- payment failure;
- payment cancellation;
the order is not completed.
7. Supply of digital products
After payment for digital content has been confirmed, the purchaser receives access to the purchased product.
For the digital book currently sold, a personal download link is provided:
- on the confirmation page following payment;
- and by e-mail.
The download link is:
- personal;
- temporary;
- non-transferable.
It is valid for: 48 hours.
Each purchase entitles the purchaser to: one download of the purchased file.
A new purchase entitles the purchaser to a new download.
Once the download has been completed successfully, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep the file on their device or in their own storage space.
8. Download problems
The limitation to one download cannot have the effect of depriving the consumer of a correctly purchased product where a technical problem prevents normal supply of the content.
In particular in the event of:
- an interrupted download;
- a link not received;
- a technically defective link;
- a problem genuinely preventing the download;
- or no access to the product after payment,
the purchaser should contact: noezoe@grandisavecnous.com
After verification of the order and payment, a new link may be provided where necessary to allow the contract to be performed correctly.
This procedure does not affect the consumer’s rights under the statutory conformity guarantee.
9. Right of withdrawal — general principle
When entering into a distance contract, the consumer in principle benefits from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unless an exception provided for by law applies.
The applicable rules depend in particular on the nature of the product purchased.
10. Exception for immediately accessible digital content
The digital books and other downloadable files offered by Grandis avec nous are digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
In accordance in particular with:
- Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law;
- and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights,
the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal where performance of a contract for digital content supplied without a tangible medium begins during the withdrawal period, provided in particular that:
- the consumer has given prior express consent to begin the supply of the digital content during the withdrawal period;
- the consumer has expressly acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost;
- a confirmation meeting the legal requirements is sent to the consumer.
Before payment for immediately accessible digital content, the purchaser is invited to tick a specific checkbox that is separate and not pre-ticked.
By giving this consent, the purchaser expressly requests that the supply of the digital content begin immediately, without waiting for the statutory withdrawal period to expire.
The purchaser also acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal when performance begins in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular when the download of the purchased content is started.
This waiver of the right of withdrawal in no way affects:
- the statutory conformity guarantee;
- the purchaser’s rights where the product is not supplied;
- the purchaser’s rights in the event of a defective file;
- or any other mandatory rights provided for by law.
11. Checkbox before purchasing digital content
Before payment for any digital content to which access begins immediately, the purchaser ticks a separate checkbox that is not pre-ticked, bearing the following text:
“I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that, when I begin downloading the digital content, I lose my right of withdrawal.”
Without this box ticked, an order for immediately accessible digital content cannot be confirmed.
Evidence of this acceptance is kept with the order: order reference, transaction identifier, date and time, version of the Terms accepted and evidence of consent.
12. Order confirmation — digital withdrawal
After payment for digital content supplied immediately, the purchaser receives a confirmation e-mail containing the following statement:
Right of withdrawal — digital content: “You expressly requested immediate access to your digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledged that, when you begin downloading it, you lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with the rules applicable to digital content supplied without a tangible medium.”
This e-mail sets out the information relating to the purchase and states the version of the Terms accepted; the purchaser can keep it on a durable medium.
13. Future physical products
If Grandis avec nous later offers physical products in its shop, the specific statutory rules governing the sale of physical goods will apply.
Unless an exception provided for by law applies, the consumer in particular has a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts relating to physical goods.
The period runs in accordance with the applicable legal rules, in particular from the time the goods are taken into possession where the regulations so provide.
Before physical products are actually offered for sale, Grandis avec nous will supplement these Terms with the necessary information concerning in particular:
- delivery methods;
- territories served;
- delivery costs;
- delivery times;
- the return address;
- return costs;
- how to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- any exceptions to the right of withdrawal;
- and any other legally required information.
As long as no physical product is actually offered for sale, these provisions are not intended to change the conditions applicable to the digital content currently offered.
14. Licence to use digital content
The purchase of digital content gives the purchaser a right of use that is: personal, private and family.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights that may apply to the content.
Except where permitted by law or with prior written authorisation, it is in particular prohibited to:
- resell the file;
- transfer the file to a third party;
- share the file with third parties beyond private and family use;
- publish the file online;
- distribute the file publicly;
- place the file on a download site;
- place the file on a social network;
- place the file on a sharing platform;
- reproduce the file in order to distribute it to third parties;
- commercially exploit all or part of the product.
15. Intellectual property and artificial intelligence
The texts, illustrations, characters, graphic elements, layouts, educational content and other content offered in the Grandis avec nous universe are used in the course of the activities of: Selectpro By TM Consulting / Toni Megha
subject to any third-party rights.
Certain content may be produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.
These tools may be involved at various stages of the creative process, under the artistic direction, selection, adaptation and final approval of Selectpro By TM Consulting.
This statement does not mean that content or elements produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence automatically benefit from exclusive copyright protection.
The existence and extent of any protection by copyright or other rights are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation and the characteristics of each creation.
16. Statutory conformity guarantee for digital content
Digital content and services sold to consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee provided for by Belgian and European legislation.
For digital content supplied in a single act, such as a downloadable PDF book, the statutory guarantee in principle applies for a period of: 2 years from supply.
In particular, the content shall:
- correspond to its description;
- have the advertised characteristics;
- be supplied in the advertised format;
- and be usable in accordance with the information provided before purchase.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer benefits from the remedies provided for by law.
In particular, the consumer may request that the content be brought into conformity where possible.
Bringing the content into conformity is carried out free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
Where the legal conditions are met, the consumer may also be entitled to:
- a proportionate reduction in price;
- or termination of the contract.
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights enjoyed by the consumer.
Any request concerning the conformity of a product may be sent to: noezoe@grandisavecnous.com
17. Guarantee for future physical products
When physical products are offered in the shop, they will benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable to consumer goods under Belgian and European law.
Any commercial guarantees offered in addition will be clearly distinguished from the statutory guarantee.
No commercial guarantee may reduce the rights conferred on the consumer by the statutory guarantee.
18. Liability
Selectpro By TM Consulting is liable for the performance of its obligations within the limits provided for by law.
For digital content, Selectpro By TM Consulting cannot be held liable for a problem attributable exclusively to:
- incompatible equipment of the purchaser;
- defective software of the purchaser;
- the absence of software capable of opening the advertised format;
- an internet connection failure attributable exclusively to the purchaser;
- or use of the file contrary to the instructions provided,
where the product supplied is itself in conformity.
The purchaser of a PDF file needs in particular a device capable of reading this format.
No provision of these Terms may have the effect of:
- excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded;
- limiting liability under conditions prohibited by law;
- or reducing the mandatory rights granted to the consumer.
19. Personal data
The personal data required for orders is processed in accordance with the applicable data-protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The privacy policy is available at: https://grandisavecnous.com/en/confidentialite.html

The former European online dispute resolution platform, known as the ODR platform, permanently ceased its activities on 20 July 2025.
It therefore no longer allows complaints to be submitted.
22. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
However, where a consumer resides in another State and benefits from mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable under European law or the rules of private international law, the choice of Belgian law cannot have the effect of depriving that consumer of the protection afforded by those mandatory provisions.
23. Competent courts
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
No provision of these Terms may require the consumer to submit to a jurisdiction contrary to the mandatory rules applicable to consumer contracts.
24. Amendments to the Terms
Selectpro By TM Consulting may amend these Terms, in particular to take account of:
- changes to the shop;
- the addition of new products;
- the addition of physical products;
- new payment methods;
- new delivery or supply methods;
- technical changes to the website;
- or legislative or regulatory changes.
The new Terms apply only to orders placed after they enter into force.
A later amendment does not retroactively change the conditions applicable to an order already concluded.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time of that order.
25. Keeping the Terms
These Terms can be consulted at any time before the order is confirmed. They can be printed or saved as a PDF using the button provided on this page.
The version of the Terms accepted for each order is identified (for example “CGV v1 — 19/10/2026”) and kept, in order to determine the conditions applicable to each purchase.
26. Partial invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is declared void, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the other provisions remain applicable to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are also available in French. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
